Alexandra Martin graduated from the University of Alberta with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Certificate in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies from the Peter Lougheed Leadership College in 2018. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy and Global Affairs from the University of British Columbia. Alexandra has maintained various research associate and policy analyst positions, including the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, and Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada as a member of the Artificial Intelligence Hub. She has also contributed to the survey design team for the 2019 Canada-ASEAN Business Council Forum and maintains roles as a Senior Fellow with UBC’s Vision20 team and contributes work as a Research Assistant with the university’s Institute of Asian Research. As part of her final year of studies, Alexandra is currently completing a semester abroad at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore.
