Efrem Berhe graduated from Carleton University with Honours Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management, Specializing in International Studies in 2018. He is currently completing a Dual MSc in Management, International Business and CEMS Management in International Management through the Ivey Business School at Western University.  

Efrem has maintained various positions throughout the years. He worked in the public service sector in Ottawa as a Policy Analyst and later worked with Transport Canada with the Railway Security team. He has also taken on a number of entrepreneurial initiatives.

Throughout his undergraduate years, Efrem took leadership roles in various student organizations. He was the Co-President of WUSC Carleton, a non-profit that sponsors refugee students to Canada, and later served on the Carleton University Board of Governors representing the undergraduate student body.

Efrem is currently completing a semester abroad at the National University of Singapore.
